Respiratory Illness

The DS Program shall complete the Medsis information and submit to AZDHS Medsis Program, and semiannually and annually to tribal leaders regarding COVID-19, Influenze (flu), and Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV). Information includes: Name, Address, Phone, Ethnicity, Language, Hospitalization, and more.
