Ordinance GR 14-09
The Communicable Disease Ordinance was enacted by the Gila River Indian Community Bylaws (March 17, 1960) for the common welfare of the Community.
The purpose of this Ordinance is to protect the health, safety and welfare of the residents of the Gila River Indian Community by monitoring, investigating and preventing spread of Communicable disease within the Community and by following procedures which ensure Community oversight of the process and the information collected.
